This mixed 12 pack of cans is uncharacteristic of Dogfish Head. Something has changed. This is not as hoppy as expected.

The haziness gives an interesting optical characteristic and it's difficult to pin down every flavor component.

The cherry is very subtle, but the fruit smooths the coffee notes.

Watching original "Red Dawn", so I thought this brew appropriate. Not what I expected from a red ale, a very slightly tart cherry profile. Well worth sampling.

Not bad, but maybe a bit heavy on the cinnamon.

Wow, that is a hearty coffee flavor. This is a seriously BIG beer and it is apparent. I'm grateful to have sampled it.
