Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio

Clean, mineral, dry. Quite unforgiving, but young. Interesting drink

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio

A classic for a reason. Bright, sherbet-like acidity is attenuates by an amazing mousse and mouthfeel. Not much else to say. Excellent.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2022)

Bright, fresh, beautiful. Needs a few more years maybe.

Sang Bleu (2022)

Aromatic rather than intense, a really nice honeysuckle suggestion from the fruit. It's subtle. Still waters run deep.

Spontanseabuckthorn

Buckthorn gets me like Thistle set cheese. A hint of butyric acid. Really cool, not sure I'd drink more than one

SpontanAcai

Heavy duty, goes to the places that a Flemish red does. Chewy, almost beefy with glutamate balanced with berries and acidity. Makes me sweat a bit.

Vesterbro Spontanale

Excellent lambic on the lighter end of things. Wine like nose, full body with a bit of a grassy malate thing going on. Excellent start to the evening.

Cuvée Oude Henri

Really really dry lambic, more raspberry than lemon notes. A nice sipper.
