OMG, f-ing awful. The most off-putting hop profile I've had in years, if not of all time. I feel fortunate to be able to avoid it the rest of my life. If that sounds like hyperbole, I dare you to try it.

This beer packs such a wallop as to hold its own against the biggest double IPAs around. In fact I've mistakenly remembered it to be a double IPA.

Great concept. The fruit pulls it all together. I don't I would ever have thought of that. This may be the only way to temper the hard edges if a kettle sour, with subtly done fruit. Smart.

Exceptional in just about every way. That I don't resonate with the profile of Centennial is the only reason for not a 4.25 or even higher. It's a real experience. Makes you feel the present moment and the ____________ (have no idea what I was gonna say)

Def don't form opinions about this on a first sip. Is that the cone hop effect? So potent it warps time and space, bending ones initial perceptions, refracting, throwing shadows. Give it 10 min and 4 whole-mouth swallows to see what the fuss is about
