Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2017) S.

Aged quite well. Would not push it much more, though. Carbonation is falling. Still full flavors of coffee, chocolate, and bourbon. Still good bitterness and malt integrity. Sweetness settled, and flavors coalesced.

Great wee heavy. Great rich malt. Slighlty sweet.

Solid Gold S.

Not bad. Light, but nice soft rounded mouthfeel. Slighlty sweet. Slight crisp and bite. Subtle fruit flavors.

Boon Framboise 2019 S.

Whew. Nice. Not too sweet. Big dark raspberry. Slight tart and bitter. Easy to drink but still big enough to sip.
