KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Kongsupapkul

Nose of chocolate and vanilla are quite obvious. The body is full pack of cinnamon with the aftertaste of it. Sadly, the aftertaste fades quickly enough that you couldn’t fully enjoy the beer. Still it is beautiful beer on its own.

Dont listen to fucken quitter on Untappd. This shit is overwhelming in context of Belgian. Dont know why but this shit overthrown duchesse easily.

4 Giants IPA Kongsupapkul

Dont know if I have drank it too warm but this is hell of a punch in a face with whole piney forest. Booziness is quite bold follows with sweet maltiness in the backbone.

Quadzilla II Kongsupapkul

WTF, Draft was much brighter. This is way more boozy and less juicy. However, the body is still valid to call hazy unlikes heretic. I won’t give that shit rating as I support brewer who dare making this mad stuff.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020) Kongsupapkul

Aged for (1 year 2 months), this beer has the finest coffee flavor. Tumbling with woody hit, the beer lusciously has complex bitterness. The beer dynamically turns to booziness. Don’t know why my experience in the last 6th mth was much better.

Backwoods Bastard 2021 Kongsupapkul

Aroma: creamy, milky, pecan, hazelnut, with a hint of berry. Taste: ultra smooth body with complex flavors(roasted malt, caramel, milk). The beer ends with JW gold label flavors. This beer is beautiful in every aspects.

George Bourbon BA Kongsupapkul

Ultra smooth to drink even the bourbon character is dominated. The hit of vanilla beans and roasted malt are perfectly blended.

Big Doink Kongsupapkul

(TBT)Never tried a can but the draft is freaking good. This beer has very juicy flavour from ripe fruit, moderate mouthfeel, with a hint of malt and hop in the end.

It’s like you put tequila in strawberry gummy bear. Its smell is similar, and the taste is deliciously complex. Dangerously easy to drink.

Triple Trippy Too Kongsupapkul

Overwhelmingly alcoholic with muted flavor profile. The body exaggerated with cream and yeast particles. It’s like the beer is not fully fermented, yet yet it is already very hard to drink. Very disappointing for the first time on triple dry hopped IPA.

All Day IPA Kongsupapkul

Beautiful beer with tropical upfront and hoppy notes. With the price this good, all day ipa will only leave you with smile.

It was like drinking grapefruit cosmopolitan cocktail with bolder body and extra pleasurable flavors. The taste begins with fermented grapefruit, turns to salty, and then finishes with tequila base beautifully.

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) Kongsupapkul

(2021) Coffee and chocolate is solid and sharper than 2020 batch. Without further aging, the body is lack of bourbon quality as it suppose be more outspoken. Will age another one for 1 year ++ and let’s see.

Although fermented adjuncts’s profile is quite obvious, there is still a room for margarita cocktail quality to noticed. All the sour from lime, saltiness, and fermentation definitely support tequila flavour to shine out brightly.

Versus: Hew Kongsupapkul

More fruity forward than Hue. This one has brighter tone of tropical fruit, yet the body is properly thick and creamy. Once again, this is very well balanced.

Versus: Hue Kongsupapkul

Aroma: Melon with Rose/Tulip, Taste: Juicy sweet peach with fluffy mouthfeel. Well balanced for bitterness.

Watery mouthfeel with low essence of aroma.

Breakfast Stout Kongsupapkul

Dark chocolate lingering with the sourness of coffee. Quite solid for 8.2%

Low Slung Kongsupapkul

Very smooth tropical without any boozy interruption. The hoppiness nobly presented in just right amount. Well craft TIPA indeed.

All Day Vacay Kongsupapkul

Aroma: carbonated citrus. Taste: very clean, crisp, refreshing. With a tiny bitterness and crispy orange tangled together, this beer would be perfect for hot sweaty day on the beach. Still the stone pilot series is another league.

Panther Cub (2021) Kongsupapkul

Smoky dark chocolate aroma. The body is not that thick but quite complex in term of flavors. This beer can be a good introduction for beginner for its refine and drinkability.

Nemesis (2021) Kongsupapkul

Aroma: Pleasant pine. Taste: Hoppy pine on the top note, silky sweet body, medium pine flavor on the pallete. Note: Well balanced but a bit old fashioned.
