Grape aroma, slight acidity. Clear amber body well carbonated. Buttery, creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of grape and wheat. Aged well, has a little bite. Dry, tart, finish.

11th Anniversary O’Dell

Not much aroma, lovely amber colour. The flavours are malty, this could easily pass as a barley wine in a blind tasting. The piney notes cut in at the finish to bring back to WCIPA territory.
