Leather, wood, barnyard, funk, apple, lemon, straw, malts. Vinous. Moderate sweetness and moderately low to moderate acidity. Dry and fairly acidic finish. Complex and balanced.

Roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, caramel. Moderate sweetness and mild bitterness. Fairly dry and mildly bitter finish.

Geuze Boon Sélection N

Barnyard, brett, funk, wood, lemon, green apple, straw, malts, yeast. Moderately low sweetness and acidity. Dry and fairly acidic finish. A bit subdued.

Chopped Up N

Overripe tropical fruits, mango, peach, passion fruit, citrus, a hint of hop spice, malts. Moderate to moderately high sweetness and moderately low to moderate bitterness. Dry and bitter finish. A bit stuffy, likely due to the overripe characteristics.

2-Year Unblended Oude Lambiek Foeder #82 N

Lemon, funk, barnyard, green apples, rhubarb, currants, wood, pepper and white grapes. Quite vinous in the mouth. Moderate sweetness and moderately low acidity. Dry and acidic finish. Refreshing. Wouldn't hurt if it was a bit more acidic and intense.

Coco Fresco N

Orange, citrus, tropical fruits, pine, wheat, pale malts. Moderately sweet and bitter. Quite juicy. Dry and fairly bitter finish.

Metamorfose N

Citrus, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, white grapes, gooseberries, resin, tropical fruits, hop spice, malts. Moderately high sweetness and mild bitterness. Mildly dry and bitter finish.
