Fruity IPA indeed, but not your usual citrus. Definitely getting strawberries and a nice bitterness. A unctuous texture too

Such an interesting way of making beer these lambics. It's very dry and a bit tart with good complex fruity flavours. It's like a hybrid of beer, wine and cider. Really need to be having this with some food though
