Raspberry Quadrupel Barrel Aged Bourbon F.

I feel that this is the most complex and oddly flavored brew I have ever had. It has the raspberry sour base, but the bourbon barrel aging is so funky, and the finish comes off as prune juice. I can't decide if I like it or if I hate it.

Very funky taste, which is apparently the volatile acidity. Definitely different...not sure if it is in a good way.

Lighter than Vat 91, has a bit of spice to it.
