2012 BTL stored well BB23/1/23. Aged in Yquem barrels. Coming out of the bottle it's very musty, almost mouldy. After sometime this has burned off and it has woody earthyness. Sour apricot and grape must. Long smooth finish. Maybe better opened earlier.

Big malt bomb. Toffee and rich smooth coffee. Really tasty.

Bottle from my cellar. This is mind blowing. Huge malt, vanilla sugar, coffee syrup. Nicely bitter, ropey molasses finish. Salty and medicinal notes from the barrel aging.

Sour, really lovely balance. Intense blueberry. Sweet and sour finish. Wood funk. Finish really really long.

Tasty, refreshing. Huge tart citric hit. Long finish. Bit of funk. Not hugely sour but satisfying.
