Seeing the avarage score, I find this a real surprise. Normally, I miss my gluten, I want my gluten. This is the first gluten-free IPA that still has that full body. Citrusy, creamy mouthfeel, refreshingly crisp. Could down this all night long.

Easy drinking IPA. Fresh papaya, piney hoppy, dry bitterness in the finish (as promised).

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°7 Boezelijn
Very nice gueuze. Soft and smooth sourness, mainly citrusy and a little funky tartness. Bittersweet finish. Highly drinkable.

Amazing what Mikkeller did here. Powerpacked with coffee, chocolate, creamy fullness with a chilli kick, in an only 6.5% ABV stout. Very nice indeed!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) Boezelijn
What a rare chance to find this beauty on tap! 2017 CBS! Founders-style balance. You know the drill: coffee, chocolate, sweetness, all in perfect harmony. All true, but the party in your mouth.... Indescribable.

Mine Is Bigger Than Yours: Port & Bourbon Barrel Aged (2021) Boezelijn
Absolute perfection! Intense happiness starts when this touches your mouth! Full bodied BW, port & bourbon shine! Sweet, herbal, smooth, vinous and 15.5% ABV! I dedicate this nectar of gods to my late beer friend Gert M. who enjoyed this one so much too!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Boezelijn
As far as gueuzes go, it doesn’t get much better than this. Yes, sour, tart and acidic, but with a superior smooth complexity that is just prize winning.

Ahhh, how many times do you get the chance to have this gem from the tap?? The blueprint of stouts. One of the best ever. SPCI.

#BeerRepublic#13 Well well, an American Märzen called Oktoberfest in our Decemberbox. Again, not a big fan of the style, but I must say, this is a well made Märzen! More caramelly sweet than the previous Helles, and an almost velvety mouthfeel.

#BeerRepublic#6 Nice for a diet IPA. Fruity aroma, light and crushable, the monk fruit provides a strange sweetness, not entirely unpleasant. Dry hoppy finish. Overall it lacks some body, but with only 96 cal, who can complain?!

Tropical juices like pineapple and passion fruit. Strong sweet malt base, medium bitter hoppiness. Piney bitter finish.

LCI from last night when my new phone was transferring data. Very well made and amazingly balanced porter. Soft & velvety mouthfeel. Bourbon booze without burning, roasted coffee bitterness, maple and vanilla sweetness, and all so beautifully integrated!

Beer Geek Cocoa Shake BA Whisky Vanilla Rum Boezelijn
Excellent BA stout! Chocolaty aroma with hints of rum and bourbon. Great creamy mouthfeel with a fresh vanilla spirit to it. Very pleasant! Cacao, coconut and rum give a tropical sense to it.

Drink'in The Sun (0.3%) Boezelijn
You know what? This isn't at all bad! Drink it a bit chilled and it's really enjoyable. Crisp, hoppy, fruity, light but full of taste, only a little bit of non-alc sweetness.

Belgian fruited sour, but then Founders style and quality! Brimming with pure raspberry, delicate and soft tartness, and although Belgian yeast is used, not yeasty at all.

As usual Founders just don’t disappoint! What a treat! Agave, lime, sea salt gose aged in Tequila barrel! Full of taste, both refreshing and warming, tickling all tastebuds, even a little peppery! Mas mas más!

This awesome Danish/Swedish collab is so aptly named! 3 New Zealand hops in the boil, 2 in the dry hop. This NZ DDH DIPA is super smooth, tropical juicy with a pine twist, and has that dankness I love so much.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Boezelijn
After opening you literally smell the coffee, as if it is a cold espresso! Love that! Surprisingly light brown ale, with caramel, chocolate undertones and a nice bourbon cask twang. Slightly more coffee than the 2019, as I remember.

Underestimated as far as I'm concerned. At first I didn't get the aroma, until I opened my mouth for a sip and the backsmelling started. Subtle funky wild yeast mixed so well with the pure and subdued pear flavours. Should drink again on a warm day!

Very well balanced oatmeal stout! It al starts with a very enticing aroma of bourbon and roastiness. Great mouthfeel and very rich in all its tastes. Ticks all the boxes! Chocolate, coffee, bourbon, barrel wood, vanilla, oatmeal smoothness. Awesome brew!!

Nelson Sauvin Brut 2020 Boezelijn
What a beauty! Very well balanced Brut IPA with a nicely integrated mix of the typical wine-like Nelson Sauvin hop, Chardonnay barrel and champagne yeast. Oak on the aroma. Dry finish.

Great Danish-French collab! Raspberry is prominent in this fruited sour. The tartness is soft and subdued, and accompanied by a little saltiness. Very good brew!

Oh yes! This is the good stuff! Citrusy without the sharpness, tropical juicy, amazingly well balanced between sweet and bitter. Slightly creamy and soft mouthfeel. Should've bought more!
