Molasses and brown auger in the nose before the bottle is even finished pouring. Chocolate, licorice, cold brew and vanilla cedar notes. Thinned with age. Always dynamite.

I’ve had this in the fridge for a least 3.5 years. Aroma is still really nice. Sweet caramel, fig and licorice. Taste matches. Still decent acidity. Sticks to the palate. Great with this potato, carrot, chicken stew.
