Blakc with garnet edges. Nose is as advertised. Hints of vanilla and coffee. Heavy body, silky mouthfeel. Sweet, boozy, profile as advertised. Notes of caramel and maple.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2021) Frisbie

Bright reddish pink. Sweet savory nose. Light very fizzy body. Wine-like, and almost Salty. Slightly woody aftertaste.

4 Giants IPA Frisbie

Color of dark clover honey. Blossom floral nose. Bitter taste with cloying sweetness. Lingering finish.

4 Giants Hazy IPA Frisbie

Hazy mead color. Banana bread nose. Creamy and smooth. Honey-like yeasty profile. Very juicy. Notes of sweet gala apple. Not very hoppy. Dry finish.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Frisbie

Dark roast coffee color; opaque. Sweet chocolatey nose. Thicc body. Delicious molasses flavor with hints of bourbon and oak. Slight hop on the finish.
