Class, super sour and tart, nice rhubarb taste running through, one for sour fans. If someone who doesn’t like sours tried this they’d probably suffocate when their cheeks turned inside out and their tongue imploded.

Needs more sugar, bitter coffee stout, with it being bitter it’s boozier than I’d like, wish stouts would be made with medium or light roasted coffee beans if they’re not going to be balanced with enough sugar/lactose

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)

This is more of a Dizzle stout, thick, sweet and creamy with a light roasty aftertaste, very fucking good, obviously not going to be as mental as an Omnipollo or a Basqueland but a very solid stout no nonsense stout. Daft drinkable for 11%

Coffee and bourbon barrel go well together, not getting much chocolate. Could do with more sugar to balance out the coffee bitterness (I’m not a nonce and don’t put sugar in my coffee, but this could do with some.) bit thin for me. Still a very good stout

No so much cheesecake as just sweet strawberry on cheese, the sort of flavour a pregnant bird would go for (jam on cheddar) initial taste is hanging and the aftertaste is alright
