Wow. Phenomenal complex fruity aroma. Passion fruit, pear, strawberry, white grape, grapefruit, floral. Balanced sourness with faint malty sweetness. Minimal acetic. Hint of bitterness. No phenolics. Very different than previous experiences.

Heavy barnyard - leather, horse blanket. Hint of tartness, mixed lactic/acetic. Hints of fruit - blackberry, cranberry, blueberry. Hint of floral. Very light body and low carbonation. Needs more bubbles!

Barnyard dominates -- leather, horse blanket, some goat. Citrus and pear fruit flavors. Light lactic acidity. Some bitterness on the finish, but not too much. On the dry side.
