Interesting aroma. Smells almost sour but holds some dank grassy hops and wood. Carries through in flavor but funk turns a bit cheesy and cedar comes through in the end. Mild lingering herbaceous bite. Good body. Fairly complex.

Aroma: grassy hop funk with a bit of plastic resign note with pear and melon. Very smooth for 7%. Juicy almost creamy mouthfeel. Flavor: pear & mango again with touch of yeast and cracker sweetness. Soft lingering grassy bite. Good but subtle IMO.

Wow. Great buttery oak aroma with bourbon, chocolate and coffee. Great flavor. Nice toasty espresso thread throughout with bourbon and roasted nuttiness. Vanilla. Touch of sweet molasses and caramel. Great finish of bitter coffee/cocoa. Tad hot.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Cardentey
Delicious. Aroma is packed with roasted coffee, fudge, molasses, hazelnut, wood and tobacco. Flavor echoes much of the same with added vanilla some earthy bitterness nice balance of nutty bourbon and a kiss of sweetness. Could be a bit thicker. ❤️

George! Barrel Aged Bourbon Cardentey
Amazing vanilla, butter, wood aroma. Silky slick mouthfeel with a touch of heat on the end from the alcohol. More chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, nuts, prunes, cinnamon, milk, coffee on the tongue. Fantastic. Alcohol pokes out just a tad but not obtrusive.

Nice improvement over the standard offering. The barrel aging adds a nice dimension. Great balance of vanilla, chocolate, roasted nuts and cocoa. Roasted coffee and dark chocolate in the aftertaste. Waffle cone and fudge.

Beer Geek Triple Flat White Cardentey
Tasty dark chocolate, coffee and maple notes. Finishes with a bit of licorice and more coffee bitterness. Wish the body was thicker but delicious overall.
