First, medium body. Grapefruit attack, soft & tart citrus flavors instead of sour. Dry but not astringent. Long aftertaste hinting at Chenin & Sauvignon Blanc. Surprising barrel aroma & flavor undertone throughout.

Fou' Foune (2016) Foreman

Gotta admit this is better than what we’ve had at the brewery (which is usually first-year stuff.) So smooth & balanced. (Stefan looks like the supervillain Masslager Lars.)
