2016 poured incredibly effervescent. Jammy strawberry nose with hints of barnyard funk the closer to the glass. Just tart enough to keep things interesting and zippy. Delightful geuze that could stand in for an acidic white wine at most meals

Chocolate chip cookie on the nose, finish on the palate is espresso with lingering heat but concentrating on the retronasal I get vanilla to bourbon notes. Absolutely delightful

2018 release. Overall a solid barrel aged beer. May have let it sit too long because I struggled to get much beyond oxidization and molasses. Not bad by any means, I just remember drinking it younger and enjoying it more
