I have no idea how old this is...it's at least a handful of years and not entirely aged properly. Still, it's quite good. Very smooth, lots of grapefruit, a touch of barrel.

Well balanced. Not overly fruity or super cherry, which I appreciate. I don't think I'll ever find a Cantillon I don't love, though.

Super dark color. Tastes like a delicious cross between a sour beer and a dry red wine.
