For the first time ever (um, since I started working a full time job), I have 5 weeks off. It’s time to open something big to celebrate. Nigh on to 8 years in the cellar, and this luscious beast has settled a bit, but still retains its full awesomeness.

The irony here being it’s a month and a half old. The lemon-forward hops have held up well, enjoyable balance, good body. Tasty.
