Blushing Monk (2015)

Quite surprised how good this is. Lots of raspberry, tart, with a little sweetness, and a bit of funk. Assuming from it’s age.

Sweet Repute

Deep, deep in the beer cellar… lost some of its luster, but still drinkable. And 👀 that proper glassware.

Positive Contact

Going through the cellar, and I have way too many old brews. Like this one! Not bad, though. Sweet, fruity, and mild. A little spice, earthiness, and tinge of cayenne heat on finish. Wouldn’t mind a little more heat. Perhaps there was at one time?

Back in simpler times. 6+ years later, and still a great beer.

Wood-Aged Bitches Brew

From the cellar… wood, roasty, malty, honey, and coffee.

Black Is Beautiful

Hesitated on this one, but here it is. Coffee, malty, and thin, as expected with a 6.8 abv stout. Makes it easy drinking on a 90 degree day though. Peanut butter is very light, coming on finish along with a little chocolate.
