Slightly past its best before, way past its best in general. Rather oxidised overall, but underneath some pleasant caramel and toffee remain. Finishes on an acetic note reminiscent of the Rodenbach that is blended in.

Geez, this one is awfully thin. Sure, it has some roast so you could call it a stout. Yes there is some spice so we got some chili. Outside of that it is just incredibly watery, bummer.

Mexican Hot Chocolate van Gaal
Base stout is nicely layered with notes of various roasted malts. Primarily coffee and chocolate, some caramel and dried fruits as well. Lactose provides a balanced body and even the chili is incorporated well. Lends a quirky spicyness on the finish.

A DNEIPA for sure, and I'd not call it 'perfectly balanced'. The goopy thick sweet overpowers the hoppyness a bit. Still not bad at all, tropical juicyness with a milkshake-like vibe, pleasantly soft.

Chalky, fluffy body. It has a slight upperhand over the hops but bitterness is surely there, not in disbalance. Juicy, tropical hops. Pretty dense for its ABV, couldve easily been higher.

Very pleasant pale. Slight sweet backbone with a rather tea-like hop character. Fresh, green leafyness and some fruity hinting like lychee. Not used to Eukanot tasting like this, happy suprise.
