Very tart, the scent has subtle cherry in it. The cherry flavours are even more subtle, but the taste and mouthfeel are still distinct from the gueuze.

Excellent, very tart, in a good way. The subtle carbonation and strong tartness produce a pleasant tingly mouthfeel. A bit of sweetness balances the tartness in a pleasant way.

Single Barrel 20 Month Lambic K.
No carbonation yet as this was straight from the barrel. Tasty and quite special due to the lack of carbonation. Bit winelike even.

Not too sour, delightfully minerally, not super overwhelming but enough flavour, basically the perfect summer lambic!

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2017) K.
Refreshing as it wasn't super tart. Bit of bitter punch in the aftertaste. Maybe not the most complex oude geuze, but still good!
