Mang O Pape

Very sour and fairly bitter. The notes of mango are clear and full and the beer itself is sweet with notes of honey. Its an experience but not one I would partake in more than once.

Cherry Jelly Pape

A surprisingly mild raspberry pastry sour. The smell promises more than it delievers which is a bit of a let down. Seems to be filtered too much which puts a damper on the taste notes. A decent experience

Kintsugi Pape

This hazy IPA is packed with fruity flavors without going overboard. Its a bit sparkling and leaves next to no bitterness when drinking. That along with a fairly low ABV at 4.7 % makes it the perfect spring beer for me.

Coniferous Pape

This imperial red ale has very oaky notes combined with strong and full malty flavours. With a sweet and bitter finish this double is a mouthfull.
