Such a fantastic sour. So balanced. Just the right amount of tart fruit and a bit of funk. Deliciously drinkable.

Much needed after a long day. More mellow than expected but in a good way. Subtle apricot flavor and not overly sour. Just a nice tartness and slight funk.

Ruby red color. Bright red cherry and floral notes with some earthy funk but the fruit is very juicy and pretty. Lots of acidity with tart cherry flavors and a dry finish. Very refreshing. Just fantastic.

After learning about the process of making gueuze at Cantillon, I’m even more impressed with these beers. Tart but not overly so. Great balance and complexity. Love it.

Coffee definitely comes through. A bit boozy but still pretty smooth. Chocolate and barrel toast. Tasty but a bit heavy.

Have not had a new beer from DFH in ages. This is very solid. A little malt and chocolate and graham cracker but not sweet.
