So delicate at fruity. Far more calm and clean than some other lambics I’ve had. The raspberry is front and center, rich and ruby red. So fizzy and fresh. A delicious first Cantillon. Thanks for sharing this one with me, RB.

It doesn’t get much better than this. Although time might have something to say about that. Unmistakably Belgian, slight fruity funk, pear, honey, and apricot. It’s golden, thin top, most subtle lace, and the depth and intrigue to last all night.

A sour tropical fruit punch. Super sweet, barely reminiscent of beer.
