Bitter, smooth, big sweet caramel malt, piney, really strong earthy hops. Definitely better than the 60 minutes.

60 Minute IPA Boucher

Hadn't had one of these in 8 years! Good bitterness, sweet, a bit malty, a bit piney, earthy hops. The okayest IPA.

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut Boucher

Wow, dry sour, dried fruits like figs and cranberry, a bit of red wine nose and sweetness, but white wine flavor, peppery, very herbal with frankincense, hay funk, and flowers.

Burst Boucher

Light, dry, a bit of malt, citrus and tropical, light floral hops. Simple but alright, especially for something I bought in a supermarket.

Peter, Pale and Mary Boucher

Light, mellow dry to sweet with a bit of strawberry and tropical fruits, a bit of malt cereal and caramel. Okay.

Limbo - Riesling Boucher

Pretty sweet with honey, but good citrus punch, with the riesling flavor, herbal finish.
