I love all the unique IPA’s and this one is better labeled “Cascadian Dark Ale”. It has a dark malt opening like a Guinness Stout. Then a dash of citrus piney hops bites and quickly disappears to a heavy stout linger. Very little IPA here folks.

Who knew you could do so much with session IPA’s. This is a red one. Interesting. It opens smooth with slight hop bite and a pine grapefruit (love both) session flavor and then the malt takes over heavy for the finish. Not enough of a hop bite for me.

Just as good as last time. The 4 best NEDIPA’s brewed all together in one batch. Nice smooth hops forward finish.

Wow. It’s a slightly bitter IPA with a beautiful rye malt backbone. It is really crisp and very smooth. Best Rye IPA Auvergne had do far.
