Hazy by brewer's description, but tastes more like a traditional IPA. Good hop flavour.

Go with the traditional Pennsylavania Tuxedo, this varient adds too many variables and doesn't yield anything better.

75 Minute IPA w/ Whole Leaf Hops & Maple Syrup T

Supremely smooth. The cask and/or extended boil kills the maple and somehow attenuates the hoppiness. Crushable!

Breakfast Stout (2023) T

Super smooth, fresh draft presents more chocolate than coffee. Rich and roasty with a slight hint of bitter finish.

Not my favorite style, but seems balanced and well done. More fruity/juicy (not that there's anything wrong with that) without a traditional bitter hop finish.
