Massive, but too sweet for me. Vivid mango and oatmeal hints.

Crispy, bitter and mid-bodied beer. Classical pilsner it is.

Descent German style witbier. Spicy, crispy and easy drinking.

Sour and tart stuff full of vanilla and black currant.

Feels not as good as before. Pretty hollow bodied and watery body, hoppy and dry.

Watery and hollow bodied porter with a light touch of smoke and bread. I am not a fan of porters anyway.

Crispy and well hopped stuff. Still quite full bodied for SIPA of 4.7% ABV.

Fair DIPA! Thick, dry and very hoppy, with a rich touch of wood and pines (?).

Interesting wild ale. Semi-dry, slightly sour and crispy body with a distinct touch of grapes and white wine, subtle tart finish and fruity bitter nose.

Kjøbenhavner Sour K

A very sweet and light sour ale full of tropical fruits and pear inspired by a classical Danish ice-cream (as I figured out from the label). Nice fruity nose.

LCI from last night. Fair DIPA from To Øl as always! Thick and juicy, very sweet (a bit too sweet IMO). Amazing hoppy aromatic nose.

Massive and very thick, juicy, sweet and weedy stuff.

Xothir K

Interesting stout full of coffee and roasted malt, and a subtle orange touch.

Tornadic Potential K

Grandma's blackberry jam it is. Sweet, full of blackberries and blueberries, a bit too watery for its 8.6% ABV. Not sour at all yet with a subtle tart finish. Massive berries nose.

Christian Bale Ale K

Fair session IPA. Hoppy, drinkable, bitter and aromatic.

Black Baal K

Weird stuff. Definitely a massive and boozy drink with a rich touch of coffee and roasted beans... Cannot be called IPA at all. I guess, Baal's name explains everything.

Fascinataur K

Good enough light (session) DDH IPA. Dry as hell, bitter and hoppy. I like it!

Grollach K

Quite strange sour ale. Tart and full of blueberries, yet with a weird fermentation (?) touch.

Iron Stone K

Descent DDH IPA. Bitter and hoppy body with a dry woody finish.

Crizlit K

Bitter, hoppy IPA with a touch of oatmeal.

Jule-IPA K

Nice Christmas style Danish IPA. Really hoppy, bitter, with spicy hints and a fair round body.

Rich, sour and acidic body full of black currant with a distinct touch of lactose and tart mouthwatering aftertaste. Subtle vanilla nose.

LCI from last night. Quite a nice SIPA! Smooth and sweet, honey with pine, pretty thin though.

Vixen K

Old-school WCIPA. Aromatic, but a bit hollow bodied. Hoppy and juicy yet.

Stolen Seabuckthorns K

Descent classical sour ale. Smooth sour body with vivid hints of sea buckthorn and slightly tart finish. Fruity nose.

Dank & Juicy K

Pretty poor and hollow bodied WCIPA. Thin, watery body yet really hoppy, with a bitter aftertaste.

Staff Mix K

Pretty good IPA. Hoppy, juicy, weedy, but a little too watery. 6.3% ABV actually, not 5.5 as stated in Untapped.

Really massive stuff! Quite boozy, very hoppy and bitter quad IPA. Nice work, To Øl!

Fair DIPA from Slowburn as always! Smooth and sweet hoppy body, nice medium bitterness in the aftertaste.

My first beer of 2023! Really hoppy and really smooth IPA. Still a bit watery. Yet with a great weedy aroma.

LCI from last night. Thick and smooth DIPA, very woody body, bitter aftertaste and strong weed nose.

Crimmus K

Pretty... Unusual IPA. A weird mixture of hops, oats (?) and barley (??) in a smooth body, and a subtle fermentation finish.

Surprisingly good IPL. Refreshing, fruity, not too hollow bodied, with a nice touch of hops and great bitter finish. Amazing hoppy nose.

I guess, this is the first time I am trying a quad IPA. Subtle woody nose and an old school DIPA like body, woody, sweet and piney, with a too boozy finish.

Sour, acidic, fruity brew, pretty carbonated. Rich and sweet strawberries and coconut aroma.

Pitch black, totally thick and oily body, with a rich touch of rum and wooden barrels, really boozy and sweet finish.

Fair hoppy lager. Refreshing and slightly crispy, very hoppy and aromatic.

Just a porter in my opinion. Coffee, sweetness, roasted beans. Chocolate nose.

Very interesting Berliner weisse. Light, really sour body full of citrus and distinct thyme. Dry tart finish.

Nice SIPA. Dry and hoppy, bitter brew. Pretty smooth despite the low ABV.

Just a regular sour sour. Blueberries tartness, quite a watery body and cheekbone-busting finish.

Amazing rich weedy and hoppy aroma. Descent hoppy body with a piney hints and a nice bittersweet finish.

Interesting gose. Rich piney nose, a body full of tropical fruits and mango, with a slight sour finish.

Syrax Rises K

I expected more from Mikkeller. Just a regular inexpressive IPA, hoppy, light and hollow bodied, with a bitter finish. The fruity aroma is pretty decent though.

Geuze Mariage Parfait K

Kind of too bitter less fruity lambic. Carbonated, boozy, really tarr. I've lowered my previous rating to 3.5.

Great old school DIPA. Hoppy and bitter, with a distinct fruity finish.

Just the One - Idaho 7 K

Great stuff from Gamma Brewing as always. Thick and profound round bodied DIPA, full of hops, with a massive bitter finish and rich sweet and fruity nose.

Redism K

Descent hazy IPA. Smooth hoppy body, slightly crispy and a bit dry finishing. Fair fruity nose.

Nocturnal K

Not a big fan of pastry stouts, but this one is really nice. A smooth velvety body gives you a delicate vanilla taste with a touch of roast yet without lactose sweetness. Light bitter finish and indistinct cream aroma.

Deep Blue K

Strong yet smooth stuff. Leathery, woody and sweet body with boozy malty aftertaste. Burnt caramel aroma.

Wildflower I.P.A Batch 1000 K

Fair massive IPA/DIPA. Dry and hoppy, with a weedy body and long lasting bitter finish.

Dahlia K

So-so DDH IPA. Pretty hollow bodied, yet weedy and hoppy, with a bitter finish and nice tangerine aroma.

Japanese Rice Lager K

Clean and smooth lager, sweet, with a bitter finish.

Batch #100 K

First time trying adambier. Thick sweet body with hints of figs and coffee and dark chocolate. Smokey aroma with a touch of leather. Reminds me of rauschbier.

Libra K

Good stuff from Slowburn. Juicy tart body with a rich touch of tropical fruits and a dry medium bitter hoppy finish. Massive fruity aroma.

Seaside Slumber K

Fairly nice gose. Salty malty body with hints of grass (?) and sulfur aroma (??).

Massive imperial stout. Full of nuts, coffee, pleasingly bittersweet. Rich toffee aroma.

Åben guys make me happy again! Great DIPA. A perfectly balanced body, hoppy and very juicy, with hints of apricot and a fair sweet-bitter aftertaste. Nice fruity nose.

Yuzual Suspect K

Light and crispy sour with a distinct touch of tropical fruits, pine and something else. Nice slightly tart finish and a pleasing mango aroma.

Annus Mirabilis K

Pretty standard DIPA from Bad Seed. Woody, full of barley and malt.

Specular K

Massive TIPA. Thick yet somehow crispy, hoppy and citrusy.

Deliciosa K

Interesting sour ale. Smooth peachy body with a bitter fermentation finish and a nice fruity aroma.

Kriek Mariage Parfait K

Fair original kriek. Dry, fully packed with cherries, with a touch of oak wood and a smooth acidic finish. Classical lambick's sour fruity aroma.

Syrax K

Watery and hollow bodied SIPA. Bitter, slightly hoppy with a nice floral aroma.

Superstudio K

Descent DIPA. Smooth piney body with a rich malty aftertaste, and fair pineapple aroma.

Amazing DIPA from To Øl! Rich and really thick woody body with a massive hoppy finish and a wonderful fruity aroma.

Despite a cool can art, it was lower than I expected. Nose: malty, body: crispy, yeasty, with a light hoppy and bitter finish.

Calamango Sour K

Absolute summer sour! Fruity and refreshing lemonade like stuff full of ripe mango and citrus, and a slight tart finish. Just great.

Light Pillar K

Wonderful double NEIPA. Thick, sweet (maybe a bit too much) with a rich grapefruity accent, and very juicy. Great! Åben know their business.

Oude Kriek Boon à L’Ancienne (2018) K

Just an amazing kriek lambic! Pure delight of tart cherries with a mouthwatering fruity finish. I also liked an expiry date on the bottle: 2040. These guys are optimistic!
