Sat in the sun with a can of this, yes please! This has an almost vegetal bitterness about it but with melon and floral notes, it’s quite fizzy though. Decent collab too!

Versus: Hew H.

Second of this pair and slightly prefer this one! Feels like it has slightly more body and the tropical fruits really shine through, pineapple and mango with a hint of citrus.

After climbing Sharp Edge today this is a well deserved beer! Sweet and slightly floral with a mild bitter twang, we have the second part of these 2 beers (Hew) to try next and looking forward to seeing the difference!

The Great Square of Pegasus H.

I am a sucker for a Dry & Bitter! This is bloody nice. Slightly savoury but with a big punch of pear (a bit like sweet shop pear drops). Nice bitter malty finish!

Decent pale ale, the colour put me off a bit but is fresh and hoppy with a mild malty bitterness.

Corrrrr blimey. Now that’s a treat. Bloody thick, sweet and with massive amounts of juicy fruit. That’s what I call a dangerously easy drinking TIPA.

Not bad. Quite bitter and hoppy but no body to it and not packing a punch on the flavour front.

Thicker than you would expect, a nice tang before sweet pineapple and lychee. Dry and Bitter always bring it.

If tonight has said anything. It’s why I value this place so much. An evening of absolute bangers. So soft it’s like a silk pillowcase. Juicy with a touch of sweet bitterness. Dry and bitter are soon becoming my favourite brewery.
