ADVENT 23/24 🤩 10yrs old 🕺🏼 Raspberry jam nose with oak. Tastes the same, with no sign of the young Lambics forming the base. Smooth, soft, a little thin, and very lightly carbonated. It’s all about the raspberries, which is evident. Happy Christmas 🎄

Incredible! A beast of a Lambic. Full, deliciously sour, loaded with tannins from the grapes, and it’s crisp too. Superb drinking

ADVENT - Engine Oil pour 😍 Rich, mega Molasses nose. Super-slick, silky mouthfeel. Beautiful almond gives sweetness to, and softens, strong molasses. Very subtle coconut. Absolutely phenomenal!

(Last Night) Caramel Macchiato and chocolate nose, with a tickle of liquorice and hop as it warms. Palate is a dry, slightly floral hop upfront, then coffee with a hint of liquorice. Chocolate biscuit malts, with a thread of caramel. Moreish

Pineapple; passion fruit vibe to the nose, with a spicy hop combo. There’s passion fruit and lime to the palate, with a lovely, pithy, rich hop. It’s really soft, full of flavour, beautifully-hopped, and a lovely, slightly dry finish

Mango nose; Sweet and hoppy. Tropical, spicy, sweet and hoppy palate. Smooth and creamy. Fucking immense!
