Dry crisp elderberry interlaced w honeysuckle on the nose moving to lightly bready, but in all the good ways, mouthfeel. Finish is supple w hints of honey & a kiss of Iris like bitterness. This is complex!

Dry crisp merlot nose w a surprisingly balanced mouthfeel moving to a light acidic finish. I’m not a lambic person, but I could drink this all day! It’s a complex merlot wine but not a wine!

Rich burnt molasses w chocolate on the noise, ummmm heck that could describe the whole beer! Body is full & semi dense. Finish has a hint of vanilla interlaced w milk chocolate! Good stout!

Hoppy & semi weedy nose moving to a light semi bready mouthfeel. Finish is crisp, malty, resinous w a good mix of pine & light dank. Finish for this bottle is on point 👊
