"Continually hopped throughout the entire boil & balanced by a powerful malt backbone for a pungent, not crushing, hop flavor." Damn good ! Great malt/hop flavors. Just as their description says !!! Slight sweetness, not overpowering, strong hop taste.

Grouch brewery was founded in 1615 by Willem Neerfeldt in Groenlo. The swing top "de beugel" was introduced in 1897. In 2007, the European Commission fined Grolsch €31.65 M for a "price-fixing" cartel in association with Heineken & Bavaria beer.

Grear beer ! Light smokey flavor with a mild chocolate taste. Definitely coffee flavor...not too overly powering on any flavor profile....great beer !!!
