Gueuze (2023) Baingern

A sour that is also rather white wine like. The dryness is rather white wine kinda dry rather than a hoppy dryness. Certainly has a grapey note. Taste sophisticated.

Whenever Baingern

Light but very flavorful with ginger and lemon, a rather great combination. Crisp and easy to drink. Rather enjoyable.

Santa's Little Helper Baingern

Boozy and dark with some vanilla. Now this is what makes me feel festive (even while living in a country with forever tropical weather.) A bit more lingering roastiness in the aftertaste would be nice, but this is still solid.

Strobelight Baingern

Very light. Super easy sour to drink. The pastry goes nicely with the mellow fruitiness. Perhaps even good for non-beer drinker.

#DIPA Baingern

Like eating banana in a forest with all the greeniness. The hop gives a certain smokiness/toastiness to the overall banana flavor, which ends in a lovely result. All the flavors are very well put together. Highly enjoyable.

Breakfast Stout Baingern

Taste like a combination of oat milk and coffee milk. Indeed taste like breakfast in a blender. Very dry and smooth. Pleasant and enjoyable although not entirely unique.

Radial Baingern

Thick hoppy flavor with hint of peachiness that went surprisingly well together. A tiniest bit of citrus adds more complexity. The hop pleasantly lingers on.

Rozpusta #3 Baingern

Very unique beer. Taste like white wine. Good or bad depend on how much you like white wine. A hint of green apple and citrus. Aromatic.

Más Agave Prickly Pear Baingern

Syrupy in both taste and texture yet surprisingly not overly sweet. Just the right amount to remain refreshing and balance out the sourness. The mild salt really helps as well. Delish.

Geeked Up Baingern

Hoppy yet very smooth and mellow. Juicy and citrusy. Pleasing aftertaste.

More candy than fruity. VERY light almost like a mellow breeze. Too light? That’s debatable though. A change of pace, I would say.
