Wine-like, lot of cask character. Soft and gentle on the palette, acidic and tart with tannines. Very nicely balanced.

May be improper storage but it tastes oxidized and off. Like "my dishwasher needs cleaning" kinda off. It might just be that the sourness isn't there so there is no glue to the flavours.

Taste test 3: It's sooo fresh! Wine-like quality but much more sharp berry flavour than you usually see (at least according to Jesper). Surprisingly sweet for such a sour affair. Incredible!

Smells strongly of lime and this weird other thing I can't quite place and I'm not sure I like. Tastes like what I imagine a lush soap would be with a nice fruity, sour bite at the end.

Unsurprisingly similar to the previous one. Very nice as well. Maybe a bit sharper in taste.
