Mochaccino Messiah Brill

Medium body with some nutty, toasty flavors. A bit more bitter (coffee) than it should be, but this is a couple years old.

#DIPA Brill

Bitter upfront with some fruity and grassy notes in the middle. Not bad.

KBS Hazelnut (2022) Brill

Hazelnut up front, chocolate and coffee in the finish. Thick and viscous. Hazelnut goes well on the typical KBS recipe.

Amadeus Complex Brill

Bitter, dry, and crisp. Could use some malt sweetness.

Modal Brill

Fruity, hazy, and a mellow amount of tartness.

Mango Mussolini Brill

A bit too tart. Fruity notes, hazy body, and sour.

Get Scrooged Brill

Malty and hoppy with a dark amber color. Could have a bit more caramel malt, but pretty good.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Brill

Fudge and coffee. Medium body. Damn good.

Beer Geek Breakfast Brill

Bitter cup of coffee with some alcohol thrown in.

Burst Brill

Citrus... Some sweetness.
