An interesting Stout here. Not overpowering but it has very clear and distinct flavors. What’s most prominent is the roasted coffee notes. You can taste some milk and chocolate flavors too. It’s a nice blend of flavors and worth trying.

Coming off of a few stouts & ambers, this is crazy light. It’s supposedly an Imperial Hazy IPA, but I would hardly say this has much “haze” to it. Regardless, it still taste good (especially on a hot day). I mean, what doesn’t taste good at “Trafalgar”?

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this because I’ve been drinking this every Sunday morning for breakfast for almost a year now. This Porter w/ vanilla extract & maple syrup aged in bourbon barrels is perfect with eggs and bacon. Highly recomended!

Rarely do I ever think that a spin on the original beer recipe is better, but that’s not the case for this version. I think the hazelnut flavor brings out more of the overall straight-up KBS bourbon barrel stout flavors. It’s less smokey & just smoother!

A cherry ale aged in maple syrup bourbon barrels? It’s weird. It’s really light in body, not very carbonated and oddly smooth. The first flavor to hit is a smooth ale-like maple syrup and then the CHERRY hits. It’s alright, but kinda tastes like medicine

Smells like an iced coffee and has a strong coffee upfront presence, but it slowly mellows out at the end where the chocolate, vanilla & milk sugar all takes over for a smooth finish. Wouldn’t know this was done in bourbon barrels though. Good not great

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter D.
I like brown ales and pretty much anything barrel-aged, but I ain’t a fan of this. The flavors just don’t blend well together. I do taste some sweet bourbon flavors (which I like), but I really don’t like the spices in this. This will be short-lived.
