Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) L.

Ah, that’s the stuff. Had only tried this one aged a couple of years, and fascinating to now try it fresher. So vivid in flavour, but equally subtle in the mouthfeel. What a classy beer. It truly doesn’t get much better than this.

Sang Bleu (2022) L.

That dry/juicy magic trick. Delectable treatment of quality (and local-ish!) berries, with natural but considerable acidity. Rounder than the few Cantillons I’ve been fortunate enough to sample, but a rewarding, complex profile all the same. Magnificent.

Grolsch Premium Lager L.

Some green apple cuts through the light profile. Just a lawnmower here, but certainly not an offensive one.
