A wonderful lambic. All the tartness of cherries, and it's perfectly tart, not overpowering and not enough to take out the beer, the oak fodder or the fermentation from the cask. It's pretty damn okay. It's fruity on the nose, mildly pungent on the tast

Quite good. Pretty sour and plentiful on fruits and a little spicy hit. Woody and salty as well.
