A thick juicy ipa with pleasant juniper and lemon rind bitterness. Offset nicely by the higher abvs

Chopped Up

Bitter grapefruit rind at first that gives way to a honey herbal sweet warmth. Sharp effervescence and a bit dank.

Frisbittere IPA

Bitter and lemon pine sol-y with a sour resin after taste that lingers rather unfortunately. Some sweet malts balance out the hops but all in all it’s not great.

Peter, Pale and Mary

Had to get this for the name alone (Mike B. knows). A very piney and light pale ale, with a clean wheat finish and some fruity soapiness to the hops. A tad too bitter for my liking.

Japanese Rice Lager

Light and sweet with a bran husk nuttiness and sharp effervescence.

Spontanyuzu

Gorgeous tart yuzu plus wild honey and oaky funk. Sour and tasty and yum.

Más Agave Grapefruit

Very sweet and rich, with grapefruit sourness and salty sweet caramel malts and tequila. Wow. Very fun.
