Bitter like from cold brew coffee with dark choc notes. It's smooth and creamy, yet light and not too rich..abit boozy but nothing that makes it too difficult to drink.

Hoppy but with a touch of earthy and herb-y flavours. Lingering bitter and dryness. Prob pairs well with spicy food.
