Saint Lamvinus s.

Just perfectly balanced acidity and merlot grapes. It’s gentle compared to a lot of fruited lambics and really gives you a chance to savour the taste.

Fou’ Foune (2021) s.

Had it once in 2017. Been after it since. My favourite beer of all time now I've had 2 different examples both equally perfect in every way.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) s.

I love the hops used in Gilloise. Dry and funky. Not managed to get this one before. I know back in 2012 when I had my first lambic as I began my sour and spontan adventures I was on to something I would have to find more of.

Rosé de Gambrinus s.

This year's is drinking beautifully. Deepest red. Redder than last years and the year before actually.
