Been saving this for when I graduated college Straight dark chocolate and rich bourbon characteristics. Definitely a lot more mellow than when it was fresh!

A bit too bitter for me, but not bad by any means

Breakfast Stout

First time actually trying this! Super rich chocolate with a slightly-sweet coffee on the backend. Dangerously drinkable

Bottle Shop Belgian Twist

Slight bit of sweetness, but otherwise a fairly standard Tripel

Más Agave Prickly Pear

Aromatics give a slight pear smell with a smooth tequila barrel undertone. The taste is very unique, sweet pear accompanied by a smooth tequila barrel finish. Hints of dark berry are strong aswell

Blushing Monk

Was a huge fan of Rubaeus, and this one doesn’t disappoint! Very smooth, incredible raspberry taste, and best of all — a Belgian ale (probably a tripel). Definitely sweet, but super enjoyable at a sipping pace!

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)

Incredible flavor profile, with notes of caramel, bourbon (obviously), chocolate, and caramel. Suuuuuper smooth and the flavor masks the booziness. Absolutely delicious. Got another one aging to enjoy in a year or two!
