Day 7 with a big boozy! Super impressed with #BeerWulf. Dark ruby in colour, very little to no head retention. The nose is like a boozy stick whisky hit. Thick and boozy body, sweet up front with a bit of a malted toffee. Not my style. But nice to try

Quite hoppy for a pilsner. Not what I expected. But nice none the less.

Light and sour with a bit of ginger.

Smurte Led Soutter

Solid black in colour. Head is long gone by now. Sweet smooth vanilla on the nose. Silky smooth vanilla body, flavour is sweet and creamy, with a hint of coffee. Hides the booze very well. Complex after flavour.

Persistence - Dortmunder Export (Taphouse Open 2023) Soutter

Slightly darker orange colour to it. Nose is very grainy. Super grainy flavour. Not my favourite.

#YearoftheLager Soutter

Nice and clear to it. Clean simple Lager. No faults. But also nothing huge to write home about.

Brown in colour with no real head. Nutty aroma to it. Nutty creamy taste with a hint of coffee

Hazy orange with a good head. Lashings of guava and mango hit your pallette with a light easy drinking body. Fruity with little booze.

Hazy orange colour to it with a good head. Big hoppy nose to it. Juicy and bitter with a good hop balance.

Hazy orange on colour. Strong hoppy nose to it. Big boozy body with a good level of hop and fruit.

60 Minute IPA Soutter

Strong hop nose to it. Bitter and hoppy delicious.

Cloud 9 Wit 2.0 Soutter

An odd wit beer. Orange peel comes through but no banana or clove.
