Light and pleasant funky, gooseberry. Noticible barell, moderate red wine notes with a hint of tannic. Refreshing acidity. Well balanced. Just a touch of acetic. Some malty sweetness in the background.

Rich dark malts, chocolate, dark dried fruits. Prominent sweetness. From the spices the cardamom is the most obvious. Vanilla and cinnamon just somewhere in the background. In aftertaste the roasted bitter plays the role. Some metallic impression.

Fermenting red grape stum. Medium funky, fruity sourness. Light horsestall. Dry and prickly. Dry out the mouth after a sour cherry midtaste. Balanced. After several sip a bit acetic acidity attacking the pallate. Low cherry seed notes. Nice complexity.

Sweet orange really prominent in aroma. In taste the cocoa powder bring the main factor. Cinnamon restrained. Medium body with a bit watery finish. Some banana like esters. Orange bring a bit tartness.

Lemon, grapefruit hops. Aromas a bit low, in taste more noticible, anyway just nearly reach the intensity what an ipa needs. Medium and smooth bitter.

Neutral aroma, seems milky. Taste a bit more layer (citrus, grapefruit, prominent bitter), anyway its a bit tired beer. Exp 03/2023. No signs of oxidation but there's no the expected aromas.

Catty, orange, lemongrass nose. Taste a bit sharp with prickling and some tartness. Nearly unpleasant med-high bitter what linger. Great aroma, less good taste.

Definite lime, lime zest, hop oil and a hint of papaya hop aromas and taste. Supportive light cereal grains. Prominent and smooth bitterness what plays the role in aftertaste pleasantly. Balanced great beer.

Kekszes, karamell, gyantás, fáradt. Élesztős, alkoholos. Édes és mézes. Úgy tűnik, hogy nincs már jó kondícióban. 😞

Mint egy falusi aromásabb piros szőlőből készült édes házi bor. Fanyar is, édes is. Egyedül a vanília lóg ki ebből. Egyébként nem rossz, csak sörre szinte egyedül a habja miatt emlékeztet.
