Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 108 Mono Blend J.

Light tart, slightly grainy aroma. Dark golden, brilliant, moderate head. Light but rich malt flavor, almost umami, fairly tart. Crisp, well carbonated. Very similar to Vat 92, perhaps a little more tart and malty.

Very light tart aroma. Dark golden, very clear, moderate head. Clean, crisp, tart flavor. Well carbonated. Enjoying listening to Frank Boone describe its production while I drink it!
