Nice and round stout with just a hint of chili on the tongue. Very nice.

Quite bitter on the first taste but the next sip lets the cherries come through. Lots of plums in the aftertaste as well. Not bad at all.

Lovely Christmas beer. Taste of mulled wine or “gløgg” as the name refers to, nice sweetness in the aftertaste. The barrelaging is balanced. This is definitely one of the best attempts at a Christmas beer that I have tried

I prefer this one to the rhum barrel aged version but I still think the bourbon steals the show here. Too much for my taste

Overall a quite unbalanced experience. The rhum is way too present in the taste in my opinion. Makes you think you're drinking Rhum instead of beer since the taste of the sweet stout is overpowered.
