Aroma of freshly ground black pepper, aged tangerine, a hint of horse barn seeping through, and some Pepsi. Drinks more like fruit juice than a lambic, with a lovely acidity that’s perfect for a hot day like today

Vigneronne (2021) L.

Smells almost like a Chardonnay, and have to sniff hard to get the funk. Smooth and creamy body, sugar sweet on the tongue. Impressive, but can’t have too much of this

Saint Lamvinus L.

Tannins! Juicy and chewy, some nice grape juice sweetness, and a bit of salt. A bit of grape seed bitterness, which is enjoyable. Probably the most approachable lambic this far
