Aged AC additional 3 years in the bottle and holy s is that good. So smooth but retains the chocolate and whiskey barrel character. I can't describe the smooth.

West Coast classic. Dry, piney. Almost drying mouthfeel.

How have I not had this before? It's a wonderful gose. Not sure about it as a session sour, a bit too tart. But has that great tart slightly saline low malt taste that makes a good gose.
